Pickup, cancellations & refunds
Last updated October 22, 2026
Picking up your order
Your order is ready from the start of the pickup window on the day you chose. The day and window are in your confirmation email. Give your name or order number (it starts with HAM) at the counter.
Someone else can collect it for you. They just need your name and order number.
If you can't make it
We hold every order until we close on its pickup day. If we haven't seen you, we may give you a call.
Running late or need another day? Call us before we close and we'll hold your order until the end of the next day we're open.
If an order still isn't collected by then, we can't resell fresh baking, cider or apples, so those items aren't refunded. Anything else in the order is refunded to your card.
Changing or cancelling
To change your pickup day or cancel, call or email us by the end of the day before your pickup day. We'll move it or refund you in full.
After that, your baking is already under way, so we can't cancel it, but we'll move the day if we can. Orders can't be changed online yet.
If something sells out
The Farm Store shares its shelves with the market counter, so once in a while something sells out after you've paid for it. If that happens, we'll call you before your pickup day and refund that item in full. We never swap in something else without asking you first.
If something isn't right
Tell us within two days of pickup. Bring it back or send us a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it.
Big orders
Baking for a party or a holiday table? For large orders, like pies by the dozen, please call us so we can plan the baking. If a very large order comes in online, we may call to confirm it, or cancel and refund it if we can't have it ready in time.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Square, our payment processor. They usually show up within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Questions about any of this? Call 613-342-6320 or email info@hallsapplemarket.com. We're happy to explain.
