Terms of sale

The Farm Store is run by Hall's Apple Market (staging), 2930 2nd Concession Road, Brockville, Ontario. These terms cover orders placed on this website.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Tax, including HST where it applies, is worked out by our till and shown in your total before you pay.

Prices can change. You pay the total you were shown at checkout.

You pay in full when you order, by card, through Square, our payment processor. Your card details go straight to Square; we never see or store them.

Your order is confirmed once the payment goes through and we email your confirmation. Square emails your receipt separately.

Everything is collected at the barn on the pickup day you choose. We don't ship or deliver yet. How pickup, changes, cancellations and refunds work is set out in our pickup, cancellations & refunds policy.

Photos and descriptions are a guide. Apples and home baking vary a little from one to the next, and that's part of the charm.

If we show a wrong price, or can't fill an order, we'll tell you and refund what we can't supply. We may also limit quantities or decline an order.

We list ingredients and allergens on each product where we have them. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts, so we can't promise that anything is free of traces. If you have a serious allergy, please call us before you order.

You don't need an account to order. If you make one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time.

What we keep about you, and for how long, is in our privacy policy.

The words and photographs on this site belong to Hall's Apple Market (staging). Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but now and then something may be out of date or unavailable.

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms follow the laws of Ontario and of Canada.
