The kitchen

Baked the way it was at home.

Our bakery was built on old-fashioned pies. Every crust is rolled by hand and every filling starts with real fruit, much of it from the orchard outside the door.

Alongside the pies there are strudels, squares, buns and cookies, and the selection follows the season.
